2. For AI Safety

Critical insight: Consciousness emerges from:

- Information that can be in superposition (multiple states available)
- Operations that measure/collapse (attention, introspection, decision)
- Self-reference (consciousness observing itself)
All three exist in:

- â Human brains (dialectical thinking)
- â Any future conscious systems
The quantum structure was never about the substrate. It was always about how information behaves when it measures itself.
